First in 2004 as part of an internship as Assistant Seminar & Banquet, from 2005 with an interruption during the 5th semester at the SHL as Assistant Director until summer 2009, return after a trip to the industry as Head of Finance and HR in January 2013, since fall 2015 Vice Director and from April 2020 Director

• Dipl. Hôtelière / Restauratrice HF at the Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne SHL
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences HSLU
• HR specialist with federal certificate

I am particularly proud of the following achievements at Montana

• Professionalization in financial accounting with detailed reports and a clear income statement
• Setting new HR standards
• Building a great HR/Fibu team with the opportunity to work part-time

I work at Montana because...

... it's a great hotel, where I would love to book vacations and short breaks myself all the time, because the working days fly by, because you can get involved and make a difference every single day. Because it's simply fun to work in our team, because I can be proud of a successful company as an employer.

About me

Having grown up in a tranquil small town in the Black Forest, I came to Switzerland after graduating from high school in 1999, straight into a seasonal position in the Valais mountains. My fascination for the hotel industry has stayed with me ever since and I caught the Montana virus during my training at SHL. When I'm not in Montana, I spend time with my partner in our alpine hut in the Saas Valley hiking, skiing and enjoying the mountain sun, doing yoga in my home town of Zurich or simply enjoying a good meal and a glass of red wine. I would love to take up my hobby of horse riding again, but I haven't yet found the time to do so.
