Our organizational structure
We live and cultivate a flat hierarchy. Regular communication meetings promote mutual exchange and ensure that information is permeable and understood from “bottom to top” as well as “top to bottom”.
As a public limited company, the Board of Directors is the highest body at the Art Deco Hotel Montana. It currently consists of five members. Its proximity to our sole shareholder, the Hotel & Gastro Union, is self-evident.
The Executive Board consists of three members, our Director Miriam Böger, Vice Director and Rooms Division Manager Jana Pürzel and Alexander Szabo, Head of Food & Beverage. Nathalie Hüsser, Head of Finance, Franziska Zurmühle, Head of Marketing & Sales and Maxime Winz, Head of Human Resources, complete the extended Executive Board. This is characterized by strategic decisions and the continuous further development of our company. Together with the management team, they are responsible for the operational business. Most members of management are assigned deputies at the second management level as well as other operational employees, apprentices and trainees.
