There is currently a severe shortage of staff in restaurants and hotels in Switzerland. This is an opportunity for refugees to find a job in the catering industry more easily after completing the gastronomy course. We are offering a 12-week course as part of a training project with other companies. The aim of the course is to train interested people in catering processes and improve their German language skills.
