As an leading hotel, we are committed to young people and create exciting and instructive apprenticeships. Due to our proximity to our owner, the Hotel & Gastro Union, we feel obliged to give the industry a future.

When it comes to training, we rely on the many years of experience of our professionals, mixed with the latest findings and changes in the industry. Every year, we professionally accompany four apprentices on their way to obtaining their federal certificate of competence.

Application process

If you are interested in an apprenticeship, the following procedure applies:

• You apply for a trial apprenticeship
• After our invitation, a two-day trial apprenticeship takes place
• If you and we are still interested, you apply for the apprenticeship position
• A second trial date will be arranged
• Mutual decision making
